1. Enlist a friend (energetic buddy!)
2. Group fitness (yoga, water exercises etc.)
3. Take a lesson (golf or tennis)
4. Dance (Zumba etc. - I just started Zumba and it's a Blast!)
5. Hang out with the kids (basketball etc.)
6. Play games (Wii Sports etc.)
We at Mosquito Beachwear have always loved exercise and our advice is get out there and do it!!!
