We see white tailed deer in our yard all the time but this was a first, to see an elk right in our front yard. Usually we only see the elk in the open space. This was amazing!!!

Surprise Visitor!!!
Hello from Mosquito Beachwear,
Yesterday we had this (huge) surprise visitor!!! OMG! Here he is munching on our tree!
We see white tailed deer in our yard all the time but this was a first, to see an elk right in our front yard. Usually we only see the elk in the open space. This was amazing!!!
Hello Mr. Elk. You are so majestic! A crowd of neighbors were gathering across the street, looking on in awe and delight! Some were taking pictures. He was quite a sight to see . . .
And then he was on his way. . . after spending only a half hour to 45 minutes in our yard. Every step he takes looks laborious. He's a big fellow!
Farewell Mr. Elk! It was great having you for a visit! Safe travels and please come back any time!
