Here is an excerpt on an article I just came across about Gratitude . . . One thing that is clear is that gratitude might be the most positive emotion we can emit to change our immediate world and the world at large. The truth is that every act of gratitude, every utterance of gratitude goes out in concentric circles of goodness impacting people you might never even directly meet. Living in the wonder of gratitude even for moments of a time, entrains you into another kind of life, the kind that most of us wish for.
